HSC minimum standards - a resource for parents
HSC minimum standard is an exam that students must take to demonstrate the literacy and numeracy skills that are needed to be successful in everyday life after school. Students are required to show a minimum standard of these skills to receive the Higher School Certificate (HSC). The HSC minimum standard is part of an effort to improve the literacy and numeracy outcomes for students.
The Cabramatta High School literacy committee has prepared a resource for parents/carers (PDF 6.15MB) to help you understand the purpose of completing the HSC minimum standard test and the requirements.
